What can I expect from you if I sign up?

As your coach it will be my job to help you stick to a routine consistently to see results and for it to become a habit.  I will help to keep you in a positive mindset for you to succeed in each day. This will be tailored entirely to you. You will be in regular contact with me throughout the day for support and should there be a blip or a wobble (as there inevitably will) I will get you back ‘on course’ as quickly as possible.

How and when will we communicate?

The program is conveniently delivered through Email, WhatsApp and voice-notes, 5 days a week (Mon – Fri) but if anything crops up over the weekend, I will try to respond as quickly as possible.

What kind of food will I be expected to eat?

There is no specific dietary requirement or food plan with this program, however if your goal is fat loss, clients must agree to eat in a calorie deficit. I will help you devise a calorie target but you will be required to track your food through the MyfitnessPal App (free to use) to ensure you are meeting your calorie deficit.

Which type of exercise will I be expected to do?

I believe it's not what you do that matters but how often you do it and that you enjoy it.   All I ask is that you do some kind of physical activity for at least 30-45 mins, 6 days a week.  Some days this could be a brisk walk, or yoga and other days this could be more intensive activity like strength training. This is your fitness journey; you get to decide what you do.  This is a lifestyle not a quick fix.

Will I be required to take photos? 

Photos are a really useful tool to visualise a body transformation, often showing more of a difference than a number on a scale. If you are not comfortable sending photos, then that’s totally fine. Keep them for your record and you will be astonished by the change.

Will I be required to take measurements?

You are required to take a daily weight (I suggest doing this first thing in the morning in your nudie rudie) and we’ll take the average weight for the week to show your ‘true’ weight. We will also take body measurements as another way to get really positive feedback when the scales might not be moving as quickly as like but in fact your body is changing and responding to your new habits.

How long will I need to stay on the program?

My goal is to teach you everything you need to know so that this becomes just part of your lifestyle. It’s really tough to get started and together we’ll create those routines and get you going on your new journey. These routines will turn into habits and then just become the norm and before you know it, you’re more than capable of going alone. I would expect most clients to stay one or two months on the program with me but of course I will be your support team for as long as you need me.

How much does the program cost?

The first month is £200 – any additional months spent with the program are £150 per month.

Do you run a referral scheme?

We offer £50 off your next cycle for any referrals that sign up for a month.
